Strategies

In 2008, a series of meetings  across the nation as well as a Forum in Washington, DC, attended by 170 international experts in fire prevesntion and safety were held.  The goal of this effort was to identify where the gaps existed when it came to fire prevention and safety and as a result a series of five strategies were identified where efforts needed to be focused.
